Mr. P.K. Singh joined as Chairman, CGRF-BYPL on 07.09.2022.
Shri Singh is a law graduate from Allahabad University. He joined U.P. judicial service in
in the year 1986.
In the initial years of his career he served as Judicial officer in many district,
of Uttar Pradesh. He was promoted as additional district judge in the year 2001 and
thereafter promoted as district & Sessions judge in the year 2016. He served as District
Judge in Firozabad, Barabanki, Aligarh and Noida till 2019.
After superannuation as District Judge.
